Window: tap a ticket to accept it. Drag a finished drink from the tray onto an accepted ticket to ring it up.

Bar: beans → grinder, hold GRIND, dock the portafilter on the grinder, tamp it, put a cup + the portafilter on the machine, BREW, then tap the shot to pour.

Stopping a brew: before 40% it pauses. Inside the gold band (42–58%) you pull a ristretto — two of those combine into a full shot.

Miss five tickets and the run is over. Drag mistakes to the trash.
